Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are not final until accepted by us. If a product is listed incorrectly due to an error, we may cancel and refund your order.

Our Site is operated in the United States and intended for U.S. customers. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws. We do not guarantee products will be available or lawful in other countries.

12. MANDATORY ARBITRATION AGREEMENT & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

By using this Site or making a purchase, you agree that any Claim (defined below) between you and Bath Bomb USA, LLC will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in court, unless you opt out as described below.
What’s Covered: “Claim” means any legal dispute relating to these Terms, our products, or your purchase, under any legal theory.
Arbitration Rules:

Administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS.

Arbitrator will apply Ohio law and the Federal Arbitration Act.

Consumer cases will be heard in a location where a federal court would have jurisdiction over your claim.
Costs: If you are a consumer and your claim is under $75,000, we will pay qualifying arbitration fees above the standard court filing fee.
No Class Actions: You and Bath Bomb USA, LLC waive the right to participate in any class, representative, or consolidated proceeding.
Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of this provision by sending a signed, written notice to:

Your notice must include your name, order number, and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. It must be postmarked within 45 days of your purchase date.
If you opt out, you retain your right to bring claims in court.
13. Limitation of Claims
If you purchased products for resale, any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or it will be permanently barred.
14. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site at any time for violations of these Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full effect.
